Contributors ============================== The federated data catalog was developed within the WarmWorld Easier project. The initial idea was to create a federated data infrastructure that would allow users to search for and access Earth Observation data from different providers. The following institutions contributed to developing this data catalog: .. grid:: .. grid-item-card:: Deutsches Klimarechenzentrum .. image:: /_static/logos/Logo_dkrz.svg :width: 100% :align: center :target: https://www.dkrz.de/ :class: transparent .. grid-item-card:: European Center for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts .. image:: /_static/logos/Logo_ecmwf.png :width: 100% :align: center :target: https://www.ecmwf.int/ :class: transparent .. grid-item-card:: Forschungszentrum Jülich .. image:: /_static/logos/Logo_Juelich.svg :width: 100% :align: center :target: https://www.fz-juelich.de/jsc/EN/ :class: transparent The WarnWorld Easier module is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space (BMFTR) as part of the WarmWorld project. .. grid:: .. grid-item-card:: WarmWorld Project Website .. image:: /_static/WarmWorld_pos.png :width: 100% :align: center :target: https://www.warmworld.de/ :class: transparent .. grid-item-card:: German Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space .. image:: /_static/logos/bmbf_de.jpg :width: 100% :align: center :target: https://www.bmftr.bund.de/ :class: transparent The module has the following contributors: .. grid:: .. grid-item-card:: Deutsches Klimarechenzentrum .. image:: /_static/logos/Logo_dkrz.svg :width: 100% :align: center :target: https://www.dkrz.de/ :class: transparent .. grid-item-card:: European Center for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts .. image:: /_static/logos/Logo_ecmwf.png :width: 100% :align: center :target: https://www.ecmwf.int/ :class: transparent .. grid-item-card:: Forschungszentrum Jülich .. image:: /_static/logos/Logo_Juelich.svg :width: 100% :align: center :target: https://www.fz-juelich.de/jsc/EN/ :class: transparent .. grid-item-card:: Climate Service Center Germany (GERICS) .. image:: /_static/logos/Logo_GERICS.png :width: 100% :align: center :target: https://www.gerics.de/ :class: transparent .. grid-item-card:: Karlsruher Institut für Technologie .. image:: /_static/logos/Logo_KIT.svg.png :width: 100% :align: center :target: https://www.kit.edu/ :class: transparent .. grid-item-card:: Max-Planck-Institut für Meteorologie .. image:: /_static/logos/Logo_MPI-MET.svg :width: 100% :align: center :target: https://www.mpimet.mpg.de/ :class: transparent .. grid-item-card:: Universität zu Köln .. image:: /_static/logos/Logo_UKoeln.png :width: 100% :align: center :target: https://www.uni-koeln.de/ :class: transparent .. German Climate Computing Center (DKRZ) -------------------------------------- [Add some awesome description about DKRZ and their role in the project here.] Jülich Supercomputing Centre (JSC) ---------------------------------- [Add another awsome description.] European Center for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) ---------------------------------------------------------- [And another one. Maybe include the following] The ECMWF joined the initial project as a data provider and granted access to their Fields DataBase (FDB) as part of the data infrastructure. Further developments included the integration of zarr interface to access data stored in an FDB without a conversion of the data format.
